The People We Serve

Our assistance is available to seniors over the age of sixty and to people with disabilities.  In addition to serving seniors and people with disabilities, we also serve adults, families and youth in several of our other programs in which we provide leadership, support, education and coordination on the issues that affect the seniors, persons with disabilities, families and youth in the community.

Our Boundaries

Boundaries for our assistance and services are from Bathurst St. to Humber River (East to West) and from Bloor St. W. to the Gardiner Expressway (North to South), however, we do open our services to clients outside our boundaries. It is always best to contact us and speak with a representative for more information.
